Task: Responsible for the successful provisioning and migration of over 600+ SD-WAN devices across the EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions, ensuring seamless network connectivity and performance.
 Proficiently install and configure hardware edge devices from industry-leading providers such as SilverPeak, VeloCloud, and Cisco Viptela, guaranteeing optimal network infrastructure.
 Configure and implement SD-WAN managed SilverPeak and Cisco Viptela virtual Edge devices using the Dell EMC Virtual Edge Platform series, enhancing network flexibility and scalability.
 Contribute to technology design and testing efforts by providing valuable research-based insights, facilitating informed decisions, and optimizing product and process knowledge.

 Working as Tier2 Network engineer and having an experience in BGP/MPLS/RVPN service provisioning.
 Troubleshooting L1/L2 issues with respect to BGP, packet drop, latency issues.
 Performing link upgrade, QOS upgrade on CE devices and IOS upgrade.
 Working on Fortigate (connectivity between Singtel CE and Fortinet Firewall).
 Working with various service provider to resolve end to end connectivity issues.
 Stay current with the latest developments in SD-WAN products, cloud resources, and enterprise
firewalls, continuously integrating this knowledge into network solutions for clients.

optimizing network performance for clients.
 Skillfully organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, ensuring confidentiality and delivering

* Managed the design, installation, and maintenance of the organization's local area network, Firewall
and wireless controller.
* Provided tier 2 network ticketing support and resolve complicated network issues.
* Documented and maintained all the network changes, topology diagrams and implementation
through MS VISIO tool and slack.
* Collaborated with field technicians to troubleshoot wireless controller, access points, network
switches, and backhaul connectivity issues.
* Managed Aruba & UniFi wireless controller and maintained a network of 500+ Cisco access points.
