Duties:
* Access control
* Updating daily occurrence book.
Ticket enquires
* Training new staff
* Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties. * Meeting and
greeting visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted.
* Opening, distributing, collecting, and taking the post.
* General administration duties, photocopying, filing etc.
* Dealing with any enquiries at the reception.
* Reporting any problems to the office manager.
* Housekeeping.

* Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault
* Installing Hard disks, Floppy drives, CD Drives, Sound Blaster cards, CPU, Memory, Power supply
unit, Network card, Video graphics card, Hard disk controller card on PC systems.

* Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software fault
* Creating new users and emails
