Being Deployed at a EAI (PEOPLE SOFT CRM, SINGLE VIEW BILLING SYSTEM and PROVISIING INTEGRATION) Telecom Project with one of the PSU cellular service provider my role primarily focused on the following
• Developing and deploying Message flows, Analyze, design, and deploy message models using the IBM Integration Toolkit and Monitoring MQ & MB.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy message flows from using ESQL and some time Java.
• Write ESQL and basic Java methods for message manipulation.
• Create and work with the self-defining Extended Markup Language (XML).
• Deploy integration components in development environments.
• Examine the various IBM Integration Adapter and system logs to diagnose problems.
• Use problem determination aids to diagnose and solve development errors in message flow applications.
• Configure and use the Component Trace tool within the Integrated Test Client.
• Providing Support to Client for clearing stacked orders in CRM, BILLING or SP.
