This is to inform you that I Abhijit Dhondiba Shinde resident of India was previously employed with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from 07-16-2014 to 11-29-2019 as IT Analyst  as a full time employee and was getting INR 8,27,739/- for the year 2017-2018.
Below mentioned were my roles and responsibilities performed under said position.

1. Setup Remedy practice successfully for ITSM, CMDB, SRM, Change, SLM and BMC AO Automation/Enhancement.
2. Design & Analysis of Business Requirements, generate functional and technical document to implementation and customizations of Remedy workflows.
3. Enhancing/Customizing/integrating Remedy applications (custom & ITSM) based on User Requirements with other remedy/non-remedy tools using web-service & java API’s.
4. Provides production support for BMC products like ITSM, CMDB & BMC AO etc as technical lead including new application component setup, upgrade & closely worked with the onsite team to meet task timelines.
5. Weekly interactions with customer service manager to understand new business requirement and propose the solution to have smooth business process
