Part of pilot team of Microsoft's recent service offering MMD (Microsoft Managed Desktop), MMD is a cloud-based service that brings together Microsoft 365 Enterprise (including Windows 10 Enterprise and Office 365 Enterprise).
Work on complete change management process and evaluate the feasibility of requested features as per current MMD environment accordingly test and release in phased manner making sure a smooth adoption.
Was responsible to onboard and conduct training sessions for new team members and educate them in accordance with the teams' core values. Also worked on creating an effective onboarding plan to make the onboarding experience easily adaptable and resilient.
Regularly work with Program Managers on release of new value add features that may help customers to adopt MMD services. Work on strategic release of features so that once it is public, the team is well prepared to handle and troubleshoot scenarios.
Worked on OKR to bring down the time to address the issue significantly less which built trust in customers for MMD services.
All the good work was acknowledged and rewarded with promotion for being actively working on multiple areas for the success of services within 2 years.
Part of SE SME process for specific areas and responsible to take regular triages for learning and development of skills in the team.
Create content for Boot-camp presentation and also writing internal TSGs to bring down the time to resolve cases effectively.
Periodically analyzing data and identify areas of improvement for the team under my SME topic and keep the current documentation up to date
