Embedded with enterprise customers across the GCC as technical and team lead, owning discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution architecture, production build, and post-launch iteration across concurrent AI delivery engagements. Architected an enterprise agentic AI system end to end: multi-agent orchestration (supervisor-worker, MCP/A2A), human-in-the-loop and RBAC controls, a confidence-gate governance model, and an evaluation/observability loop covering drift, faithfulness, and decision-trace auditability. Led an AI document-processing pipeline (OCR, LLM categorization, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop exception handling) at 90%+ accuracy on Arabic and English invoices. Designed and delivered a multi-tenant EdTech platform on Clean Architecture (.NET 10, CQRS, PostgreSQL Row-Level Security), and led a technical due diligence assessment across 13 microservice repositories.
Led customer-embedded consulting delivery for UAE enterprise clients in aviation, banking, and telecom, owning proposal development, commercial structuring, delivery quality, and client relationships across concurrent engagements.
