Account Manager and Business Analyst

I am an account manager who helps mid-large size companies develop and deliver their technology strategy in order to improve company wide performance and efficiency. As a sector generalist, with a degree in psychology, I engage with a wide range of stakeholders to help them solve problems and ensure quantifiable results. For example automating workflows to allow my customer to save ~1000 man hours per year. 

With three years of experience as an account manager in the technology sector, I have successfully built my own book of business whilst leading team engagement to create innovative solutions that solve the business requirements of my customers. This has given me experience in helping build contracts, negotiations and supplier management whilst upholding outstanding customer service.

In my spare time I am always keen to add to my skills, as such I have undertaken courses in business analysis and the Investment Management Certificate these contain sections on Agile Practises, SWOT analysis, Accounting, Risk and Economics. Further to this I am the club captain of my cricket club running 5 teams weekly and leading the 1st XI this has given me key insights into team managment and my own leadership style.
