I bring 20+ years of experience across PMO, Project & Programme Management, business and technology transformation, portfolio governance and product management, working at the intersection of business, technology and execution.
Most recently, I led a Group-level PMO across Agora, covering 20+ concurrent projects and initiatives with an annual portfolio exceeding PLN 10M. I managed a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and PMO specialists, while working with Management Board members and C-level stakeholders on prioritisation, governance, investment decisions, portfolio reporting, risks, dependencies, resources and delivery.
As Transformation Manager, I was responsible for programme delivery of a PLN 10M+ technology and organisational transformation in a Product & Technology environment of approximately 120 people and 8–9 Scrum teams. The scope included operating-model changes, software-development processes, architecture evolution, automated functional testing, CMS optimisation, technical-debt reduction and cloud/cloud-ready initiatives. Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts reported directly to me.
Earlier, I built and developed PMO and portfolio-management capabilities for Agora’s Internet Segment and worked with CTO and CPO on implementing and continuously improving the Agile operating model. I managed project portfolios, roadmaps, CAPEX-related project processes and executive reporting. As Director of Product for Gazeta.pl, I was responsible for product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation and coordination across product, technology, content and UX.
My earlier hands-on Project Management experience includes ERP, IT, digital and public-sector projects, including Epicor 9 implementation, GIS procurement/RFP, enterprise infrastructure initiatives and digital-product development.
