- Co-responsible for developing a transformation strategy for the Assurance practice in the Netherlands (approximately 2.000fte)
- Coach for several flagship audit teams during the pilot phase of the transformation (coach of 7 teams and about 50 individuals)
- Co-responsible for establishing and implementing a Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (6 fte)
- Responsible for the implementation of Atlassian Jira within the Lean - Agile Center of Excellence
- Responsible for drafting (Lean-Agile) standards for the entire practice, directly impacting the working methods of all involved accountants
- Responsible coach for one of the five regions within EY Netherlands, resulting in coaching over 20 Scrum teams comprising approximately 150 employees
- Responsible and hands-on trainer for accountants in the Scrum way of working through a designed Scrum Master training. This led to the training of over 200 accountants, with approximately 40 becoming certified PSM-1
- Responsible for establishing and quantifying Key Performance Indicators for reporting to the Dutch Assurance board. I created a PowerBI dashboard incorporating survey results and quantitative data from various systems
- Speaker at large (>250 attendees) international events on Agile practices in an Assurance environment, with a focus on change management.
