Tasks: Direction and management of technical resources (multidisciplinary team), and
supplies, Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (industrial and building
equipment), outsourced management.
Personnel in charge: 10 technicians, 2 Maintenance Supervisors, 1 Administrative.
Achievements:
- Implementation of the MCF System, TPM, Scrum, measurement of KPIs (6 months).
- Reduction of Corrective Maintenance (1 year 20%).
- Coordination of the "New production line" project, management of the complete
project, planning, negotiation and coordination (of contractors), design (electrical,
hydraulic and civil). Installation work was coordinated with Austrian personnel. It was
possible to meet the planned times at the lowest possible cost.
- Production line modification, work was coordinated with external (Italian) and internal
personnel, for the shortening of a production line. It was achieved meeting the budget
in the planned time.
