• Sizing of orifice plate/ restriction orifice/PSV/control valve/thermowell/breather valve.
• P&ID development, HAZOP study, SIL assessment, SIL calculation and verification.
• Experienced with several control and safety systems such as Yokogawa, Siemens, HIMA, ABB and Honeywell.
• Familiar with International Codes & Standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, NFPA, NEC, ATEX, BS, IEC,ISO, NACE, NORSOK.
• Softwares that I have professional experience in, are : INTOOLS, sizing (CONVAL, PSV PLUS, and FLOWEL), SIEMENS PLC S7, WINCC, PHA-Pro 6 (HAZOP report),SIL verification, AutoCAD, PDMS, Office.
