Project history
Working on a multi-user chatbot/automation software platform with client and admin functionality. Current work includes chatbot/flow functionality, WhatsApp connectivity, automation workflows, media/text responses and product testing/development.
Conducting live webinars and product demonstrations for AI software and chatbot platforms. Guiding customers through chatbot and automation setup, providing technical implementation support for WhatsApp API solutions, assisting with chatbot configuration, automated messaging and customer-engagement workflows, and troubleshooting integration issues.
Built a spreadsheet-driven system where users enter customer name and WhatsApp number and the script handles the messaging workflow. Developed business logic to send an initial WhatsApp message and automated follow-ups at approximately 24 hours, 2 days and 3 days. Integrated spreadsheet data processing, scheduling, conditional logic and API-based message delivery.
