Python-based Data Engineering & ETL Pipelines

Project history
Contributing to the development, testing, and improvement of an AI-powered project management platform. Investigating product and agent issues using logs, traces, and codebase analysis to identify root causes. Implementing and testing fixes across agent workflows and broader product functionality using AI-assisted development.
Developed AI-powered data pipelines for NER enrichment in a Nordic media monitoring system, working across Wikidata entity resolution, source entity enrichment, and LLM integration. Built an end-to-end ETL pipeline (AWS S3 to Python/pandas to AlloyDB/PostgreSQL). Resolved 1864 Nordic source entities to Wikidata using Claude and SERP with 86% match rate and 98% precision. Built an interactive explorer to browse 1610 resolved entities with 2,000+ Wikidata properties.
Implemented sales automation solutions using Python, API integrations, and workflow orchestration to extract, transform, and sync data between systems. Prevented revenue leakage by automating license renewal tracking and seat overage detection with 60-day proactive alerts via Slack and CRM, covering 290 customers. Built a customer ranking engine scoring upselling opportunities across 8 products. Analysed student-AI conversation patterns using BERTopic topic modelling across 7 dataset variations.
