Project history
Built an end-to-end AI Payment Recovery Agent that analyzes failed payment transactions and recommends one of four recovery actions (retry, remind, escalate, or give up) using Google Gemini API. Processed a 100-payment synthetic batch with zero fallback errors, implemented brace-counting extraction and adaptive backoff, and built an interactive Streamlit dashboard visualizing recovery metrics and audit trails. Deployed as a public GitHub repository.
