Project history
I am responsible for the client requirements gathering, analysis and implementation of a
RAG chatbot for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The development includes custom document
preprocessing and chunking, implementation of an agentic RAG backend, automatic
evaluation of responses, implementation of a semantic cache service, and development of a
frontend user interface with chatbot and evaluation center functionalities. I also extended a
production RAG chatbot for the Ministry of Finance, which involved development of the RAG
multi-agent system, investigating quality issues, and improving elements of the system to
meet expected quality criteria.

In this role, I developed a price optimization data pipeline between the price modeling team
(GCP GCS buckets) and a cloud-based data warehouse (GCP BigQuery). This process utilized
Python/PySpark for ETL scripts, a MongoDB database, and a GCP PubSub messaging broker.

I developed an Oracle and MongoDB service for data extraction and exporting (custom ETL)
to AWS S3, making it available for the Business Intelligence team. The data consisted of EV
charging details and related financial data from 600,000 charging points across 30 European
countries. Additionally, I developed backend micro-services for the "Charge My EV" project
and integrated the Bosch EV-roaming system with the European EV-roaming Hubject
platform based on their API specification.
