Project history
Building AI and real-time communication systems including a RAG WhatsApp support bot, internal LLM tooling, fleet telematics data pipelines, and a React/TypeScript command-center product with WebRTC softphone, SIP.js, FreeSWITCH ESL, IVR, queues, CDR analytics, screen pops, hold/transfer/conference flows, and supervisor dashboards. Also built the fleet telematics data platform using Kafka, Airflow, PostgreSQL/TimescaleDB, dbt, and rewrote a TCP message parser in Go for higher throughput.
Built a media monitoring platform for Russian/Kazakh news using Elasticsearch, BigARTM/LDA topic modeling, and Apertium. Developed NLP chatbot workflows for a national pharmacy chain with TF-IDF/SVM intent classification and CRM integration.
