Project history
Engineered an end-to-end RAG system in TypeScript ingesting heterogeneous sources with OpenAI embeddings and Qdrant semantic search. Developed production retrieval pipelines with metadata enrichment, freshness-aware ranking, and confidence scoring. Extended an authenticated platform with REST APIs and 10+ typed MCP tools using Node.js, TypeScript, Express, PostgreSQL, and Zod. Deployed and operated containerised services on Kubernetes with autoscaling, health probes, and rolling updates for zero-downtime releases.
Built and deployed a distributed Go pipeline processing approximately 2M job records per daily run across 16 applicant-tracking systems and public employment sources using GCP Pub/Sub and horizontally scalable Cloud Run workers. Designed an eight-stage processing workflow covering source decoding, canonicalisation, filtering, sanitisation, skill and experience extraction, location normalisation, and transactional persistence. Developed a TypeScript/React operations console for investigating record-level failures and stage-by-stage processing timelines.
