Project history
Product Owner owning a React web application and five TM Forum REST APIs in a microservice architecture on AWS. AI Guild member helping shape and execute AI strategy for the ~2,000-employee organization. Head of Team leading a 13-engineer team with responsibility for delivery, people development, and stakeholder alignment. Earlier roles included Senior Test Manager for integration testing of a microservice-based billing system, Stability Owner safeguarding 15-20 billing applications, and Senior Software Engineer designing, developing, and automating testing for mediation, rating, and billing systems.
Founded and managed an independent software house in Kecskemet with a core team of 4. Built an AI agency (hilluter.dev) and a no-code automation/AI-agent practice (n8n.hu). Founded and architected ViP-CMS and Vipintra (cloud ERP, 99.6% uptime), now extended with AI features. Founded and ran MailHook (mailhook.hu), a live B2B email-marketing SaaS. Delivered 180+ traditional and agile projects for 100+ partners since 2001 across managing-director, business-analyst, PM, scrum-master, product-owner, and agile-coach roles.
