GenAI Engineering and RAG Systems

Project history
Owning the AI architecture and the agency-wide AI roadmap through TOGAF ADM. Delivering enterprise GenAI from concept to production on Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search with RAG over a Microsoft Fabric Medallion platform. Building evaluation frameworks, architecting agentic capability with MCP routing behind Azure API Management, and scaling a statistical reporting platform from 30,000 to 300,000 records a year.
Solution architecture on ASP.NET Core with CQRS, Kafka and RabbitMQ messaging and Cosmos DB. AI projects on a bronze-tier reference architecture with Semantic Kernel and Bot Framework.
Led two internal development teams and a twelve-person external vendor team inside a regulated financial group with EUR 30,000 a month of vendor delivery and a EUR 200,000 cloud estate. Designed cloud architecture for integration with an on-premises Java core system over Application Gateway and API Management.
