Project history
Owning and winning complex technical decisions on behalf of customers and partners, demonstrating the value of Microsoft cloud services and helping organizations trust Azure for their workloads, tools, and data. Acting as Technology Specialist in Digital Application & Innovation, at the forefront of cloud-native architecture, artificial intelligence, and integration services.
Built a personal production AI agent system using Claude/Anthropic APIs that runs real workflows: calendar management, communications triage, research pipelines, code generation, and decision support. Agents hold end-to-end responsibility for tasks with no human in the loop for routine work. System replaces 3-4 hours of manual work daily. Stack: Claude API, custom orchestration layer, event-driven triggers, structured memory.
Founded and built a Kubernetes namespaces-as-a-service startup from zero. Designed the product, built the MVP, handled investor relations, and represented the company at international conferences. Delivering on-demand ephemeral and production Kubernetes environments designed for developer self-service at scale.
