Project history
Project deals with migrating existing on premise SAP HR system with SuccessFactors Cloud Applications for Core HR functions. (130,000+ users across 30+ countries)
The project deals in three phases, expected to Go-live market wise in each phase.
Phase one: Deals with Integrating Cloud Application-Employee Central with on premise applications/third Party SAP/Non SAP system via CPI. It includes Replication interfaces (both Employee and Org), HR related Interfaces-Time off, Time sheet, Work Schedule, Absence Quotas, Finance Related-Cost Centre, Bank Master Data. SAP system Integration like SAP Field glass, SAP GRC. Non-SAP system integrations like WIAM tool (Work Access Identity management)
Phase two: It involves HR related outbound/inbound integrations to SuccessFactors post replication of Employee and Org Data. It targets payroll integrations, recruitment integrations with third party vendors-both inbound and outbound
