I’m Alejandra González, a Digital Strategy and Marketing professional with extensive experience across brand development, campaign management, and digital transformation. My career bridges communication strategy, higher education, and the creation of meaningful experiences that connect brands with people.
Currently, I work as an Independent Digital Manager at Chocolate Comunicación Social, an agency specialized in the nonprofit and social impact sector. I lead marketing strategies, manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, and Paid Media), and design data-driven processes using tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Looker Studio. My focus is to create strategies that not only achieve visibility but also foster real social change.
I’m also an Associate Professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, teaching courses on Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Communication Strategy. This academic perspective keeps me close to emerging digital trends while nurturing critical and analytical thinking among future marketing professionals.
In parallel, I’m the Founder and Sommelier at Muñeca Brava, a wine bar and experience space that celebrates creativity and storytelling around wine. Through this project, I explore the intersection between culture, communication, and hospitality.
My academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, a Bachelor’s in Audiovisual Communication, a Master’s in Marketing Management, and an Executive MBA. I also hold a Professional Sommelier Certificationand am currently completing a Higher Vocational Degree in Viticulture, deepening my understanding of the wine industry from production to customer experience.
Previously, I served as Head of Communication Strategy at Spain’s Ministry of Consumer Affairs, leading public communication campaigns aimed at promoting responsible consumption. I also worked as Marketing Director at Tortle Ninja, a Web3 startup, where I managed branding, team leadership, and market positioning in a highly competitive environment.
I’m proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, WordPress, and various analytics tools, and I’m highly skilled in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign — enabling me to merge strategic and creative approaches effectively.
Over my career, I’ve also participated as a speaker and moderator at conferences on digital communication, technology, and talent development, and have mentored young entrepreneurs through programs such as Junior Achievement and Fundación Create.
My approach is strategic, data-driven, and purpose-oriented — I aim to help organizations communicate authentically, engage meaningfully, and achieve measurable results.
Also passionate about wine communication and hospitality projects that bring people together through culture, storytelling, and sensory experience.
