• Collaborating with the Gen AI department.
• Oversee multiple ITS&S projects across various Business Units (BUs), including but not limited to BTS projects.
• Stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate through uncertainty.
• Support on the different internal security validations and other similar processes.

• Arrange meetings between potential candidates and clients.
• Manage a high level of communication, collaborate with multiple teams, and translate goals and client requirements into actionable next steps.
• Assist in meeting client requirements by working closely with Sales, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams.
• Resolve any conflicts or concerns that arise and work with developers to maintain engagement.
