Project/Client: One of the best retailers from Nederlands (B2B & B2C e-Commerce for Clothing & Jewellery - multiple Awards and Nominations)
- Responsible for all testing activites, manual and automated. Give GO/NO-GO for Production release based on Test Reports. Document all in Confluence.
- Ensure the app quality meets client requirements for FE(VSF) & BE using Test Plans, Test Execution, Manual testing, Functional testing. (200+ tests executed)
- Create & implement QA process. API testing with Postman.
- Create UI Automation Testing framework from scratch using Playwright & TypeScript. Integrated into GitLab CI. Automate new tests each sprint. (50% automated - 100 tests)
- 2 Qualitative Prod releases every week. Release new eCommerce Pages on 4 Websites.
- Offset the need to hire 1 QA Manual Engineer.

- Responsible for all testing-related activities, manual and automated. Ensure that quality standards are met.
- Document everything Confluence.
- Create & implement the QA process (release on TST, ACC, Prod, Tickets assignment flow, Testing plans, Test scenarios creation, Testing board organization, Test executions, UAT Testing Cycles, Bugs triage etc.) answering: What? & When? & Why?
- Leading & building a QA team( hiring, training colleagues client, dev, QAs, creating & sharing tasks, plans).
