I design risk-based test automation systems embedded directly into CI/CD pipelines, so they block risky releases rather than just reporting failures after the fact. I build test frameworks from zero to hundreds of cases and own the full test strategy: architecture, implementation, pipeline integration, and documentation.

What I do: End-to-end (E2E) test automation, API testing, integration testing, regression testing, functional and non-functional testing, performance and stress testing, security and reliability validation, data-driven testing, manual and exploratory testing, test strategy and planning, test case design, defect tracking and management.

Industry experience:

Fintech (regulated platforms). Built E2E automation for GoodLeap, a leading US sustainable-home-financing platform, covering loan processing, payment schedules, and compliance workflows. My framework (Playwright + Gherkin, hundreds of API endpoints via Postman) validates multi-step financial transactions, PII handling, and data encryption, with isolated test environments and sanitized data so sensitive information never leaks into logs or reports.

Industrial automation (OT/IT). Built the first automated regression suite for a PLC-to-cloud data exchange platform, where protocol bugs can shut down production lines. Tested OPC UA, OPC Classic, MQTT, and REST integrations across Siemens, Rockwell, B&R, and Mitsubishi PLCs, plus SSL/TLS certificate rotation and authentication flows. Result: manual regression cut from 3 days to 4 hours, 16+ protocol-level defects caught before customer release.

Automotive embedded. Automated regression for an in-vehicle navigation system used by 3+ automotive OEMs: map rendering, GPS positioning, routing, ADAS integration, and hardware-in-the-loop testing with GPS emulators. Result: pre-release validation cut from 2 weeks to 8 days, 20+ rendering defects caught before vehicle integration.

AI-augmented QA. I built a multi-agent AI system that triages entire regression runs automatically: it classifies root causes, assigns severity and business priority, proposes fixes, and creates the Jira tickets, deployed as a reusable CI workflow any team can plug into. I run custom agents across Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI Agents, with MCP integrations into Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Postman, GitHub, and Playwright. Net effect: roughly 5x delivery throughput without sacrificing quality.

Also: QA training and mentoring (graduated 15+ participants into junior automation roles), technical documentation, stakeholder communication, requirement analysis. Fluent in English and Romanian.
