- Identify and attract the best people to fill in positions like Accounts Receivable with German and English, AccountantSales Agent, Assistant Manager, Economist, Construction Manager, Design engineer, Receptionists, babysitters, chefs, housekeepers, elderly care, medical staff for family•Sourcing candidates through different channels
•Responsible for conducting interviews with the possible candidates
•Coordinate psychological and other tests, in collaboration with a psychologist
•Responsible to identify the customer’s particular needs and finding the best solutions to their requirements
•Conduct health-check discussions and mediations with the recruited candidates and the customers, so I can always work towards improving the experience of both the customers and the candidates.
