Location : Bangalore (Karnataka)
Responsibilities include:
Worked on MTS (Make-to-Stock), MTO (Make-to-Order), Stock Requirement/ MRP Lists.
Expertise in gathering requirements from end users and transforming the requirements into
functional documents.
MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process, reservations,
production order, planning, purchase requisition, MRP process.
Batch management, batch classification and back flush to issue materials.
Expertise in setting up PP master data, MRP, BOMs, routings, work centre.
Strong team player with excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Supporting the existing implementation and answering the queries of users
Carried out configuration and changes according to the requirements of the client. Maintaining
and updating table entries.
Maintain user document, staff introduction training.
Primarily responsible for Handling tickets and application support to the end-users

Project : Support (Internal SAP team)
Duration : From July 2010 to Dec 2010.
Roles : SAP support & Plant Control.
Key Responsibilities: -
* SAP support to End user on PP module.
* Handling operational, user related issues, MRP related issues.
* Preparing functional specification.
* Testing and coordinating with the technical consultant.
* BDC/LSMW, master data management.
* Integration with QM, MM.
* Order information system, order change management.
* Overall managing of machine shop, fabrication shop, and Metal treatment, Powder Coating,
Assembly and Testing of engines.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Resolving issues related to PP masters (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Routing and
Production Version)
* Solving MRP related issues.
* SOP, Demand Management.
* Changing Master data as per requirement.
* Overall Production-In charge of machine shop, fabrication shop, Metal treatment, Powder
Coating, Assembly and Testing of engines.
* Raw material planning & reduction of product costs.
* Making quality checks at every stage.
* Shop wise quality/quantity inspection and final product inspection.

Key Responsibilities: -
* To see overall production In-house and also outsources.
* Preparing production schedule according to production orders received from Head Office and meeting
the time schedules of the orders.
* Training the production crew.
* Lead a team for PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL to achieve the targets.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Production planning for shop floor.
* Planning for pending DO.
* Controlling & follow up of manpower activities.
* Maintaining ISO records & follows up.
