DT Analysis which includes thorough investigation of bad Ec/I0 values HSDPA and HSUPA
throughput provide recommendation to improve the network quality of wcdma network & increase
the throughput efficiency of Rel 5 & Rel 6. Rectified Worst Performing Cells having issues
with high Call Drops, Interference, Blocking, Hardware & Sector Swapping issues on daily
basis.

Responsibilities:

Optimizing Network problems like Poor Coverage Patches, Interference, Call Drop, and Handover
issues, Sector Swap, Cable Swaps. Optimizing neighbor list, handover control and Decision making
for Frequency changes, antenna tilting and height reduction. Performing Acceptance Test &
Comparative Test. frequency retuning. Rx level & Rx quality plots and report generation for
customer presentation. Technical support to customer care department for resolving coverage
complaints.

Responsibilities:
Optimizing neighbour list, handover control and frequency retuning. Rx level & Rx quality plots
and report generation for customer presentation. Decision making for Frequency changes, antenna
tilting and height reduction. Performing Acceptance Test & Comparative Test.
Tools: TEMS Investigation 5.1 & TEMS 8.0.3, 9.1 MAPINFO, ActixAnalyser, Tems discovery. Nemo

Responsibilities:
Analyze & Troubleshoot UMTS, LTE & Volte Performance degradation.
Analyze on every KPI Performance (access failure, drop call, handover failure, CSFB failure, PCI
collision, Throughput, IRAT, identify areas with high latency & analyze E-UTRAN issue & provide the
solution. Analyze the TAS KPI for volte drops RTP time out , Dedicated bearer release , mute calls,
One way calls, CSSR, MHT.
Layer 3 messages investigation and optimization changes proposals.
Handling the RF and core related issue & provide suitable recommendation to improve the network
Quality.

Tools : XCAPVUZE, MIPT, JCP, BSP, Global mapper, Google earth.
Responsibilities: Create log files and then import these log files at XCAP for the purpose of
reporting.
Network parameters analysis and KPI evaluation.

Responsibilities: Drive test analysis to improve quality & coverage patches. Single site drive test,
created site acceptance report format, drive test analysis.
Check the 4gpp/ RL/60 for mobility, accessibility, retain ability, interface analysis and modulating
and coding scheme, Internet protocol packet integrity. RL/70 downlink Carrier aggregation,
intrafrequency load balancing, and radio link failure triggered handover service based mobility.
Ensuring KPIs to be met RSRP, RSRP statistics, DL/UL throughput, Latency.
Analysis of KPIs Accessibility (RACH issues, multiple RRC connection request etc.), Retain ability
(PS drops), Integrity, Mobility. Analysis of Walk test for In-Building Systems (IBS) and optimizing
network.
LTE network launch and cluster optimization, planning of RF parameter, making field level changes,

and HO failure, Recommend Hard and soft parameter changes to improve live network performance. .
Performance verification for various RAB services includes CS, PS, R99, and HSDPA & HSUPA. Huawei
KPI evaluation: Accessibility, Drop CS/HS, Retain ability, Mobility, IRAT & Soft Handover, RRC
Connection, RAB Establishment.

(CPICH_RSCP & Ec/Io), overlapping cells optimization, missing neighbors (2G & 3G) detection, call
initialization failure reduction, parameters modification to get the requested KPI.
