- Providing full time/part time/Contract services in Project Controls & (Pre-Award and Post-Award) Contract Administration.
- Preparation of full planning package and Contracts aligned with FIDIC terms and conditions.
- Extension of time and prolongation cost claims and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
- Risk Register, Risk Analysis (Qualitative and Quantitative), Risk Mitigation & Control.
- Change Management, Delay Analysis and Mitigations.
- Contract negotiation and selection of vendors and sub-contractors.
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders.
- Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
- Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts.
- Any other works associated with Project controls and contract management.

Key responsibilities
* Develop fully integrated Project Schedule as defined in the contract in consultation with Project
Director and Package Managers.
* Discuss with various stake holders (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Installation,
commissioning etc.) and finalize the baseline schedule.
* Responsible for Collecting the status of various aspects of project progress i.e., Engineering,
procurement, Installation and Commissioning and update schedule and generate weekly, monthly reports
to internal and external stakeholders.
* Draft, Evaluate, Negotiate and Execute contracts of Vendor and Sub contractors.
* Delay analysis and mitigations.
* Preparation of Extension of time claims and prolongation cost and submission.
* Communicated with client and other stakeholders for any contractual matters.
* Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
* Monitor, track, identify trends, predict and report project status.
* Review, produce and document cost accounting data and reports project management trends.
