We designed and developed a custom AI-powered appointment scheduling platform for a German medical practice, built to replace manual booking processes and reduce administrative workload.
The platform combines WhatsApp automation, AI-driven conversations, and a central scheduling system, enabling patients to book appointments effortlessly while ensuring GDPR-compliant data handling.
The client needed a modern, patient-friendly solution to handle high appointment volumes without increasing front-desk staff. Existing tools lacked automation, integration, and flexibility.
Our goal was to build a scalable SaaS-style platform that could:
