SELECTED PROJECTS:
· GDPR-compliant appointment scheduling SaaS for a German medical practice: consent, data residency and audit logging embedded in the data model, not bolted on afterwards.
· Carbon accounting and energy SaaS for a cleantech company (UK/Isle of Man), awarded "Product of the Year": ISO and GDPR reporting on a normalised data model, with an AI layer for anomaly detection and a RAG advisor.
· AI agent stack (LangGraph) for an auditing and consulting firm: market and stakeholder research that used to take analysts days now runs automatically. Each agent owns exactly one job.
· Valuation agent for a German investment and resale company: manual property valuation reduced from ~2 hours to minutes, with consistent valuation logic across all analysts.
· Rescue of an unstable internal platform (dashboards timing out at filing peak, gaps in the audit trail): rejected a full rebuild given live deadlines. Diagnosed first, stabilised what worked, rebuilt only what could not be saved.

- Granular work packages: one issue becomes one pull request, review gate before every merge, clean commit history.
- I work AI-assisted (Claude Code, Cursor) and review every line before it merges. Fast, but nothing ships unreviewed.

Built a custom SaaS platform from the ground up for a UK-based sustainability tech company.
