Project history
Leading development and management of existing and new Anaplan Model Development.
Leading and managing the entire Anaplan Center of Excellence (COE) team, overseeing end-to-end planning operations, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement across business units. Led the entire EPM integration of two companies as part of a major M&A of Ansys. Spearheaded the enterprise-wide adoption of AnaplanXL. Contributed to AI implementation initiatives for intelligent forecasting and scenario modeling. Implemented the entire User Access Management from scratch.
Responsible for the entire Anaplan technical and functional requirements for ABI Global Marketing team. Delivered 2023 ABI Commercial Dashboard automating KPIs and ranking for 29 markets. Worked on global resource allocation frameworks to deploy marketing funds (~$2.6BN). Optimized Global Marketing Package delivering efficiencies of ~$500MM. Developed Anaplan models for Global, zone and BU P&L as well as Cashflow process. Automated Market Share and Segment calculations for all zones in Anaplan.
