▪ Support Agile and Hybrid projects to work efficient on team and Project level

▪ Integrate and facilitate agile meetings like Daily, Review, Retrospective, Planning, Refinement, Scrum of Scrum
▪ Ensure the team is using Estimation, DoR, DoD and Acceptance criteria
▪ Increase the Reliability, Efficiency and Quality by developing the Communication, Transparency, Documentation in Jira and Confluence
▪ Adopt agile methods and practices around agile mindset and values
▪ Protect the teams from overcommitting, high WIP and external pressure
▪ Ensure the relentless improvement
