I have studied the german and english language and have a degree in translations. I also worked im costumer support, where I developed communication skills. I worked for 3 years as a Graphic designer, where I used the Adobe tools (Photoshop, Indesign). Then I worked at the Help Desk for an IT department, where I learned different tools and programs such as SAP.
