My performance is only based on the kills in the tasks of planning, achievement of objectives, leadership and communication, my philosophy is to get the job well done at first and I try and encourage teamwork and guide the effort to meet clear objectives.
I have been an entrepreneur since 2004, worked as an Operation Manager, as a Director of Consulting Services, Í manage my own IT company and independent consultant in recent years. As today multiple software solutions of my own crafting are been used in several companies and Banks here in my country.
