* New implementation for a new production plant in Strecno. This new implementation was merging
3 production sites with 2 very different production sink manufacturing technologies into 1
production site. This implied, that the existing SAP template had to be revised and adapted to
the new business solution.

Acting as a PP Consultant I was part of the SCM - Production team, responsible for the following
activities:
* Defining the requirements with the local and global process owners;
* Customizing;
* Defining and delivering the UAT;
* Support Cut_over activities;
* Support after Go-Live;

* SAP Template Merge with existing SAP solution implied a lot of training into the new solution
but also adapting exiting interfaces like: Laser Cutting Machine, Factory Kit - production
confirmation tool etc., to the Franke SAP template.

Acting as a PP Consultant I was part of the SCM - Production team, responsible for the following
activities:
* Support key-user in end-user testing phase;
* Write functional specs for new developments;
* Deliver key-user training;
* Deliver Cut-Over activities in testing Production Shop-Floor interfaces;

Acting as a PP Consultant I was part of the Production Control & Logistics team, responsible for
the following activities:
* Revise all Production implemented processes within SAP template;
* Draft new processes with the help of the production business owner within the accepted
methodology and business processes quality guidelines;
* Establish and lead business review & approval workshops for the new production processes;
* Upload the approved processes into the Business Processes Repository tool (ConSense);

Acting as a PP Consultant I was part of the Production Control & Logistics team, responsible for
the following activities:
* Implement the REM solution in the existing template;
* Delivering and a tight deadline the required functional specification as well as functional
testing of the custom developments

* Give support in the post go-live activities;

Acting as a PP Consultant I was part of the core build team, following up the build of the Special
Gas area, as such I was responsible for the following activities:
* Delivering and a tight deadline the required functional specification as well as functional
testing
* Designing the solution for automatic materials creation and their related master data like:
BOM, Routing, perform costing, linking the material to an EHS specification ID, creating Sales
BOM, etc. This process was integrated with Sales Quotation Document but as well as with a
custom Linde Special Gases configurator.
* Specifying all the required legal and internal forms as well as testing them
* Participating in data mapping workshops
* Performing functional unit testing for all the deliverables under my responsibility

The project environment was challenging, due to the fact that more than 100 consultants were
involved in the project from more than 25 countries.
