My expertise is Infringement Analysis/Claim Charting (EoU), Prior Art & Novelty Searches, IP Research, and Analytics in various technology domains and Patent Drafting.

I am well conversant in prior art searching, Infringement Analysis, conducting feasibility analysis and preparing claim charts.

I am also well versed with the Indian Patent Act and Trademark Act and have in-depth knowledge about Trademark filing and prosecution procedures, patent filing and prosecution procedures, copyright filling procedures and industrial design procedure in India. I am also conversant in preparing Office Action replies for both IPO and USPTO.

I am well versed in drafting the provisional and non-provisional patent applications for new innovations to be filled in India, Malaysia, Singapore, USA. I am also able to perform various Patent searches on Paid and Non-paid databases.
