Overall Responsibilities
* Led business requirement workshops to document business processes and create the Solution
design and configuration workbooks
* Managed full life-cycle implementation through design, build, testing, and post-production
support. Identified and staffed required resources for project roles and evaluated quality of
output utilizing onsite and offshore resources.
* Demonstrated ability to multitask/manage multiple projects in fast paced environment by
overseeing engagement teams and ensuring efficient utilization of resources allocated to
engagements.
* Managed project scope to ensure project profitability and performed ongoing risk management,
mitigation and issue prioritization on engagement.
* Evaluate 3rd part service providers or contractors; provide direction in the development of
tailored services; negotiate contract terms and conditions
* Works with leadership to develop the organization's operating model including key performance
indicators and metrics
* Proactively identify program risks and work with the team and team leader to develop
contingency plans
* Build and maintain of Project Plans, testing plans and data management plans in line with that
of the overall Global plan
* Participated in CXo level reporting, providing input for business strategy and solution
development
* Responsible for staffing, resource scheduling, invoicing, profit and loss accounting, customer
presentations and sales cycle support
* Part of a team targeted at enhancing the overall strategy of the organization
