Project history
Within the Nuclear Engineering and New Projects Division (DIPNN), contributed to the digital continuity of business processes for the Digital Construction Site initiative through the design and development of web and GIS applications.
Designed scalable, microservices-based GIS architectures, developed backend services using Java/Spring and Node.js, and built frontend applications with Angular and MapLibre. Managed geospatial data processing using PostGIS, ensured cross-functional coordination between DIPNN's Digital Construction Site program and the OPENSTINGER unit, and provided technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Development and enhancement of GALIGEO-CORE, a geospatial data management platform, focusing on performance optimization, cloud migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, and implementation of an Angular 16-based map management portal with Spring microservices.
Development of the Retail-Network application, including reusable Angular 16 frontend libraries, a WebGL-based geographic rendering library, a TypeScript library for managing a shared data model, and a Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication library.
Contributed to additional projects, including mobile applications, DataHub solutions, territory management and optimization applications, and reporting management systems.
ONISR Project: Development of an accident management and monitoring platform for the French National Interministerial Road Safety Observatory (ONISR).
Designed and implemented a microservices-based architecture with REST APIs and an Angular 4 web frontend. Set up Docker-based development and deployment environments, developed five REST APIs for road accident data management, implemented a geospatial data transformation API, and developed the professional web portal using Angular 4.
Provided technical leadership and coordination within a multidisciplinary team of 17 members.
