included ONE Global template for all countries comprising new enhancements, implementations as
well as production support in Compliance & Customs modules for various countries.
Contribution:
* Worked on functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, and forms (RICEFW)
* Experienced in GTS functionality: SPL, Embargo, Legal Control - License Determination, Customs

Sweden, Netherlands, USA, Canada, and Malaysia). The Project included new enhancements,
implementations as well as production support in Compliance & Customs modules for various
countries. The system was integrated with other SAP and Non-SAP Feeder systems like SAP ECC,
Mercury, SWGW, etc.
Contribution:
* Part of life cycle implementation of compliance module for Malaysia Country as a shadow
resource.
* Involved in Configurations, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and final UAT for various
enhancements in customs module (Import & Export).
* Ownership of System Upgrade activity performed in August'18 for Production and lower
environments.
* Worked with various integration teams like SAP ECC, SRM, Mercury, SWGW, etc. along with master
data creation and test data creation like OTC Process in SAP SD.
* Successfully handled Sandbox Migration to Azure (end to end process).
* Ownership in various Refresh Activity for Acceptance & Development Environment (end to end
