I have no commercial experience of developing applications using C++ and OpenGL. There was an in-depth course on these technologies under the guidance of Professor A. Zelesky.
C ++, the course lasted for 3.5 years
1) language acquisition, learning the PLO, working with ADO;
2) MFC + covered ActiveX theme;
3) MFC + OpenGL; - OpenGL, the course lasted a year and a half. This technology has been taught from the use of 2D graphics to the construction of 3D surfaces. I used GLSL to build 3D graphics in an Android application as my master degree graduation app.
