- Broad experience on functional configuration of PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS, CATS, Performance Management and Training Management.
- Multiple region payroll experience such as UK, FR, BE, US and ASIA-PAC (MY, SG, CN, AU and NZ).
- Implementation of SAP FIORI Timesheet.
- Freeze business requirements, applications and functional scope.
- Define the key structuring solution considerations and align all stakeholders on the implementation planning.
- Strong functional knowledge with good hands on experience on Schemas and PCRs.
- Cutover activities and fit-gap analysis.
- Design workflows for sub-modules of SAP HCM, simple data migration through tools like LSMW.
