sign-on and a centralized authenticated repository for Employees, Vendors & Channel partners in IBM Tivoli IDAM
platform. Managed the complete E2E solution design, build & delivery of the automation of the user on boarding
and access management processes with integrated selfcare portal-based access authorization workflow resulting in
immediate servicing TAT efficiency, deduplication & 35% reduction in user accounts with 20% optimization of
licensing costs.

Program # 2: Idea Cellular rolled out broadband service as a green field implementation (with standalone BSS/OSS
stack) across 5 cities in 4 circles in 2013 thereby becoming the first Tier 1 Indian Telco to launch a pure play home
broadband data service using the 2.4GhZ/5.8 Ghz ISM band. Was responsible to build & deliver a 360-man month
project in an accelerated timeline and achieving a Zero-defect billing operation with 99.9% uptime & achieving steady
state within 3 months of commercial launch. Architected a customized Customer Life cycle & Order management
system for efficient customer acquisition, provisioning & dunning leading to increased subscriber base & revenue.

Worked as a consulting partner with Europe's regional IT leaders to identify cost optimization opportunities and build
offshoring business cases for the "One Novelis" transformation program.
