Many years of experience customizing CRM and related applications including Goldmine, Salesforce and Zoho. Authorized Zoho Consulting Partner and 3x Salesforce certified. Clients projects have been in various fields including finance, banking, medical equipment sales, Medical services, corporate Real Estate and a variety of others. I emphasize doing things right by doing them in the right order, i.e. identifying management golas and users needs before analyzing processes. Refining processes before identifying appropriate software platforms and customizations. Then capping it all off with appropriate training and measurment of achievment of stated goals. This is roughtly the old Journey Of Technology methodology that has worked well for me since the 90s. Doing things in the right order will save my clients' time, money and frustration.
What I love most about my job is that I get to make others happier with their jobs by automating the mindless boring tasks, designing a more user-friendly software experience, helping them to make their customers happy via a refined customer service experience and getting managers useful analytics so they can make better and more timely decisions, and all the while improving their company's profits.
