Client Profile :
SHELL : Implementation of US Fuels and more specifically the Motiva JV and Deer Park, there are
added legal and fiscal requirements to control the visibility of sensitive information across the
GSAP user base. The added requirement is at low level data information such as product/material
descriptions and Customer/Vendor names.

Responsibilities:

* Designed for handling of the search help restriction view to ensure that users from different
OUs will not have access to see the search content from non-authorized groups.
* Design technical document for data model and reports as per the requirements also involved in
the preparation of the BRD's and also the Tire 2 Documents for the new Developments
* Controlling of the values when directly entered in the variable entry screens of the reports.
* Created the Authorizations' based on the user Profile and Entry Code.
* CORE-MODE user profile authorization groups against the objects master data authorizations has
been developed using standard FM.
* Changes to the Master data objects has been made for the 0vendor, 0material, ZPAYER, 0Customer
.
* Existing Master data objects has be enhanced to add Authorization group (ZBEGRU) as an
attribute.
* Decommission of the old Source System.
* Testing the reports using the different user's created for testing with diff Authorization's

Client profile:
Rain Commodities Limited ("RAIN"/"the Company") and its wholly owned subsidiaries, namely, Rain CII
Carbon (India) Limited and Rain CII Carbon LLC, USA (www.raincii.com ) are engaged in the production
of Cement, Calcined Petroleum Coke and Power.
The Company is the World's largest producer of CPC with a total capacity of 2.49 Million Tons
Per Annum (MTPA). The Company markets cement under the brand in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka &
Tamil Nadu. The total cement capacity of the Company has recently been increased to 3.16 MTPA.
Responsibilities:

* Involved in Activating Business Content for Standard Info Cubes, ODS objects, Info Sources and
Info Objects of SD MM, FI, PM, QM,PP module.
* Maintained Data Sources, Transfer Structures, Communication Structures, Transfer Rules and
Update Rules, Info Packages for Data Targets.
* Maintained Data sources at SAP R/3 source system for extracting data from SAP R/3 by using LO
cockpit as per requirements.
* Creating Custom Objects as per the Generic requirement. Customizing all the relevant objects
as per the new requirement.
* Used PSA and DSO to stage the data before transferring into the Info Cube
* Creating Process Chains to automate the data load process and maintaining them.
* Crating Queries Using Query Designer.
* Used Filters, Free Characteristics, Restricted Key Figures, Calculated Key Figures, Formulas,
Variables, Conditions and Exceptions to make the reports easy to use for the end user.

Responsibilities:
* Created the Data Aging Profile for SD, PA, and HR.
* Testing the Archiving Object in DEV ,Quality and transporting to the PROD Server
* Daily interactions with Client on daily Progress
* Archiving the data of SD-ODS ,PA -ODS and reloading the data to History ODS of SD and PA as
per the Client Specification.
* Build Multiprovider on SD Cube and Hist ODS for Further enhancements of Reports. Daily
scheduling the data to archive on weekly basis
