I work at the intersection of business analysis and technical delivery, helping teams turn complex requirements into solutions that are both functional and buildable. My background allows me to move comfortably between stakeholder discussions, system design, and hands-on technical work, ensuring that what is designed can actually be implemented and supported.

On the ServiceNow side, my experience is focused on backend services and integrations rather than pure platform configuration. I have worked closely with ServiceNow backend services, workflows, and data models, supporting implementations from a functional and integration perspective. I regularly collaborate with ServiceNow developers and architects to align business requirements with platform capabilities and external system constraints.

A strong part of my value comes from backend engineering and API integration. I have solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs, mapping business processes to API contracts, and integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as MADAPI. I understand real-world integration concerns such as error handling, retries, idempotency, secure communication, and data consistency across systems.

I also bring practical cloud and DevOps knowledge into my work. I have hands-on experience with Docker and containerized services, an understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment concepts, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and environment-based configuration. This helps me design solutions that are deployment-aware, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud practices rather than tied to assumptions from local or legacy environments.

From an operational perspective, I am comfortable working with production systems and their realities. I have exposure to observability concepts including logging, monitoring, and metrics, and I am familiar with tools and ecosystems such as OpenSearch, Fluentd, Prometheus, and Grafana. I factor SLAs, stability, and support considerations into solution design, not just functional requirements.
