Program manager

I’m an all-round and very experienced program manager.
I’m a business and global focused senior transition manager, responsible for development and implementation of operational excellence with respect to all IT infrastructure services. I provide strategic advice on technology roadmaps & delivery models and am highly specialized in vendor management and sourcing of IT services. Acting as IT supply contact towards the business and demand towards IT suppliers. I’m a core member of steering boards.

I’m experienced (>12 years) in IT sourcing, transition programs and infrastructure migrations, working on the Supplier and Customer site. I enjoy being the glue between business and IT and easily understand business demands, delivery models, vendor engagement and a wide range of technical concepts. I can be described as entrepreneurial, multi functional, no nonsense and a high strive for efficiency and willing to change/improve constantly, with very good communication skills to all level of stakeholders. Finally I’m very positive minded, keeping the spirit high and motivating colleagues.
