Project history
Implementation of the PAM solution called Delinea Secret Server:
- Defined policies and configurations (secret templates, secret policies... ).
- Defined a data model to onboard the privileged accounts.
- Implemented an authentication based on OneLogin product.
- Developed API connectors to setup the password changes for the
privileged accounts.
Setting up the PAM service:
- Designed the access management process for the PAM service.
- Designed the objects lifecycle management process within the PAM.
- Designed the incident management process (onboarding and training for
the 3 support teams L1,L2 & L3).
- Designed the Disaster Recovery process in case of major service
disruption.
- Built a SharePoint portal with all the user guides and processes
described in.
Deployment of the Delinea PAM solution:
- Rolled out the solution for 350 users and a dozen of applications.
- Led technical workshops, steering committee.
- Defined dashboard with KPIs
- Managed project scheduling, roadmap, risks
- Implemented change management strategy (mail templates, trainings,
user guides)
