Sonnedix is a global renewable energy producer operating large-scale solar power plants across multiple countries. I acted as a Product & Delivery Lead within Palantir Foundry, owning the end-to-end delivery of data products and operational applications used by asset management and O&M teams.

Financial Automation
Midis Group is a leading software solutions provider recognized by the World Economic Forum. I have developed a set of automation tools and Microsoft Power BI dashboards. The main information source has been SAP S/4, on which I have closely collaborated with business and financial analysts, both double-checking the calculations generated by Vertex, as well as improving the reporting coming from ACR. The tools developed for business analysts reduced 99% of their time in information retrieval and accounting consolidation reporting tasks.

We have developed a set of Computer Vision algorithms to automate solar panels' error detection and typing, as well as create the infrastructure for improving the Convolutional Neural Networks system, related to Electroluminescence and Thermography.
Firefighter System
Bilbao’s Fire Department needed to protect lives with real-time guidance, integrate with existing systems, and have a firefighter-specific solution. Galde built an analytical platform to optimize interventions using logistics BI expertise, neural networks, and time-series modeling. They leveraged data from the REACH program and Basque Open Data, displaying insights with InfluxDB.

AI Training for PhDs
From IKERLAN, the R&D center of the Mondragón Group, we were asked to provide accelerated training in AI to the IoT + Electronics team of researchers. We built a portfolio of 10 sessions that comprised a summary of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning techniques, as well as NLP, Computer Vision, and industry applied cases.

The startup was created from the need to automate and digitalize patient experience healthcare field. To do this, the startup wanted to make use of NLP & GenAI techniques with expect medical knowledge to support health professionals. In this process, I have been responsible for the technological architecture, in addition to coordinating different external technological developments (e.g. HiTZ Zentroa to generate language models in Spanish and Basque, or voicebots).
Data Visualization
The University is involved in various research projects that require the presentation of results through a web interface to manipulate the data. This has been the case for the SC Learning project, a Biology project related to COVID-19 deep analysis. Galde was in charge of preparing and laying out the website for the SC Learning project, allowing interaction with genome data and relevant research results. The website was displayed and the showcase was successfully done.

Founding Engineer
Since mid-2020, Galde has supported this startup to develop multiple processes that were relevant for the eCommerce platform management. Additionally, Galde has given insights and directed the conversation with R&D centers, etc. in order to give the startup new chances to apply for R&D projects by developing recommender systems for their platform. In August 2023, Comadera has decided to hire new people, so it has been the moment to move on Galde's role.
