Project history
Provision of PMO services for the key project "S-Bahn Germany" – an innovative platform solution aimed at establishing a
flagship vehicle for the future of local transportation in Germany. Additionally, the conception and calculation of a large
tender offer. This includes the creation and coordination of all necessary concepts, as well as the calculation of all
relevant financial metrics.
Further development and scaling of B2C service processes – particularly with regard to the end-customer experience in
charging, payment, and the use of digital services in the European market. My role included process harmonization
across multiple countries, as well as adapting the initial MVP model to new regulatory requirements and system

surveys. The project involves harmonizing numerous systems and data sources to enable the retrieval of live data for
