- Proactively monitored customer's services, servers, switches, routers, backhaul and upstream links from a
centralized location to maintain the network uptime with smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Koforidua for MTN Ghana
- Worked as a project engineer in the designing, planning and rolling out MTN Ghana's FTTM solution,
successfully completed Phase 1 to 6 for both Accra and Kumasi, and Phase 1and 2 of Takoradi and
Tarkwa respectively.
- Identified key potential area through Google map, study & plotting the nodes on a map as a part of
transmission planning.
- Provided Technical assistance to MTN Back Office (2/3 level troubleshooting) on SDH and WDM
equipment, and general troubleshooting.
